Todd Mitman CRPC®

Managing Partner

As the Managing Partner and Founder of Element Wealth Advisors, my responsibilities include leading the strategic vision and direction of our firm, as well as leading comprehensive planning relationships with our affluent clients. I am licensed for both life insurance and variable products and have obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, as well as the Series 7 & 66 securities licenses. With over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have dedicated my career to helping affluent clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning and investment management. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Alabama, with a minor in family financial planning. I specialize in retirement income distribution planning, executive equity compensation, and investment management.

What motivates me is guiding clients through important life events and the positive outcomes our planning and advice provide to our clients. I am also passionate about helping our staff develop and implement goals and objectives to further elevate their respective career progression at our firm. Our business allows us to make a significant impact on the outcomes of people’s goals. Seeing clients follow the planning and implement our advice allows them to achieve things they may not be able to do on their own. When clients thank me for helping them buy their vacation home, plan for their wedding, put their kids through college, reduce investment risk, and provide a secure retirement, it is extremely rewarding and motivating.

Currently, I live in Roswell, Georgia with my wife, Samantha, our two children, Lily and Alex, and our dog, Brody. I am actively involved in several organizations, including the Financial Planning Association of Georgia, the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, Million Dollar Round Table, the Atlanta Jewish Federation, and Georgia Public Broadcasting. To me, the most rewarding part of my career is the positive impact that I make on families. When I see clients through life events and they accomplish significant financial goals, there is no greater sense of achievement.

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, skiing, and anything outdoors. I also enjoy traveling and learning firsthand about other parts of the world. I am an avid University of Alabama football fan and try to attend several games every year.
